World Goju Promotions 2009
Shihan Al Gotay’s World Goju Karate promotions will be
on:
THURSDAY, MAY 7th, 2009
7-10pm
at Iona College.
Sensei’s, please collect your promotion fee from your students, in advance of this event.
Please note the below mat fees, due from students at promotions.
Mat fee:
$15.00 for participants
$20.00 for promoters (includes: diploma, belt and
wood)
Chief instructors must contact ASAP:
Sara Furlong for Diplomas – include name, rank and name of dojo,
promoting sensei.
Rich Fiore for belts (colors/sizes) and wood (how much).

Iona Directions
- I-95 North/South to Exit 16
- Follow signs for North Avenue
- Right onto North Avenue
- Iona is 3/4 – 1 mile up North Avenue on the right
- Right into main entrance, tell guard you are there for karate
- Park in the large garage past Hynes (old Mulcahy) Gym
- Iona dojo is in the Hynes Athletic Center Aerobics Gym, building is where old Spellman parking lot was.
- Enter and go to the right.
- Aerobics gym is small gym to the right of the (new) Mulcahy Gym in Hynes A/C, where we hold USA Goju promotions semi-annually.
